Overview

As Ooty is situated at southern part of India, many tourists reach here through Bangalore and Mysore. Mysore is the main place to start towards Ooty. Unless people wish to travel in Southern part of Tamilnadu and Kerala, this is the usual route one can take to enjoy on the way site seeing places which include variety of nature scenic views. The distance between Mysore and Ooty is 160Kms via Gudalur and 130Kms via Kallatty. Daily trip packages are available from Mysore to visit Ooty in various packages. The one day package covers Mysore to Ooty, lake visit at oty, Botanical garden and return to Mysore. There is two days trip also available. The second day, Ooty-Coonoor package is covered. As per the brochure available from travel agents, the journey from Mysore to Ooty is through, Bandipur Wild life sanctuary, Madhumalai forest, Frog hill, Kallahatti water falls, Ooty tea estates, Ooty city (commercial street), Ooty lake and boating, Ooty Botanical garden and Ooty town shopping. Mysore : Vrundavan Garden, Mysore Palace, Zoo.
Ooty : Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake & Boat House, Stone House, Dodabetta Peak, Toda Huts, Coffee Plantation
Day 1 Arrive Bangalore & transfer to Mysore (2 hrs). Check in to the hotel. Post Lunch visit Mysore Palace, Vrundavan Garden. Overnight at Mysore.
Day 2 After breakfast Check out & transfer to Ooty (150 km). Visit Bandipur on the way (Optional). Reach Ooty by evening. Overnight at Ooty.
Day 3 After breakfast Sightseeing Ooty - visit various places. Overnight at Ooty.
Day 4 After breakfast Sightseeing Ooty - visit various places. Overnight at Ooty.
Day 5 After Breakfast, Check out. Proceed to Bangalore. (7 hrs.). Reach Bangalore & & depart to Pune/Mumbai as per the Bus/Rail/Air timings. Tour Ends on a Happy note…

  • 15 days or less 100 % cancellation charges on the land package.
  • By paying booking amount of 50% or Rs. 10,000 per person whichever is less you may reserve your seat.The rest of the amount has to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to departure.
